About the position:

We are currently looking for someone interested in working as an assembler/operator for one of our clients in Malmö. The position is full-time on a 2-shift schedule (morning and evening) and is intended to be ongoing. As an applicant, you have previous experience working in production, either with assembly, inspection, or machine monitoring.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process by assembling products and/or monitoring machines to ensure high quality and efficiency. The tasks may vary but require precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions. The client prioritizes quality, continuous development, and follow-up, which are also integrated parts of its work culture.

Examples of tasks:

Meticulous assembly of products
Machine monitoring and basic maintenance
Follow established work instructions, rules, routines, and processes
Attention to detail and quality assurance
Collaborate in the team's training and development
Maintain a structured and organized work environment

Who are you?

Requirements for the position:

At least 18 years old
Technically interested
Swedish and English in spoken and written form
Available for shift work (day and evening)
Smoke and chew-free during working hours

Meritorious for the position:

Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for easy transportation to your workplace
Previous experience in assembly or machine monitoring
Experience with robotic machines/automated machines
